SKILL SEVEN: SNEAKINESS
WHAT THIS IS:
--the ability to ninja people via precise use of speed + youki control, and an awareness of how to use manipulative tactics to her advantage in a more consistent and confident way.
--basically, she can and will be able to sneak up on people if she feels like it, very much like a reverse Batman. she probably can pull a Batman now, too.
--the explicit example is, of course, in "The Witch's Maw", when she literally somehow goes right past a full-on corridor brawl between Dauf, Clare, and Galatea - and, I should note, Galatea is the Eye of her generation, meaning she has the most refined and extensive youki senses of her generation and is capable of sensing and distinguishing youki with even more clarity than Riful is likely capable of - with almost zero room to maneuver in the corridor and sits herself on a rock pile in plain view without any of them noticing.
WHAT THIS MEANS:
--powercap knocks out some of the precision youki control as an option outside of serious business fights, but she will still probably be able to sneak up on a hell of a lot of people who aren't, like, super perceptive.
--this is really not an extensively draining skill, i don't think; it's not like her speed or strength. it's much more an augmentation of her pre-existing skillsets - a refinement of what she already knows she's capable of.
--she won't be coming on like a Mack truck in fights quite as much; she'll be much more crafty about things and more likely to give her opponents some rope to hang themselves, metaphorically speaking. she already had this tendency, but now she has the skillset to really take advantage of it so now she can decently exploit it.
--i should note, haha STEALTH EDIT that is not so stealthy now i've called attention to it, that this is not like "oh look and she can disappear while in plain sight" - that's not the kind of stealth we're talking about here - but something like "oh look a distraction/you looked away - AND NOW SHE'S GONE", that's what we're talking about here; if your attention's not already on her, then you're not likely to notice her.
--people like Mithos, with always-on world-awareness skills that are wide-ranging and intensive, will probably still be able to sense her; people with just pings or finely-honed combat senses might catch her coming ... about half the time; people with normal levels of sensory awareness probably won't know she's there at all unless she wants them to.
--she's mostly going to use this to troll people, obviously.
